Back-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
We do not backorder items that are out of stock at the time of your order. Please re-order in a few days if you don't receive your item(s). You will not be billed for any item that is not in stock. Your shipping invoice will show which items were not available. You will see a notation giving you an idea of when we expect the item to restock. If the item is discontinued or can only occasionally be restocked, that will be noted on your order.
When we know an that an item is out of stock (or very low) we will temporarily remove the "Buy" link from our web site. This is a lot of work for our staff - but it minimizes the chance that something will be missing from your order. As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse, the "Buy" link is restored to the web site.
Occasionally we will hold your order for a short time (usually no more than a day) if we know that your missing items are coming in soon.
Many of our beads are imported from overseas so availability and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
