How to Pay for your Order:
There are several options to pay for your Beaded Impressions order (click on any of these topics to be taken to the information):
- Credit Card (via Secure Server - SSL)
- PayPal
- Checks (not accepted - see options in this section)

Credit Card (via Secure Server)
You may make your payment with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. All transactions take place over a secure server (via secure socket layer or "SSL"). This is very safe. Your credit card information is encrypted at all times that it is moving across the Internet. This is the most efficient, quickest way to pay.
Security Card Code
We have implemented a credit card approval system that requires your card number, your expiration date and the security code from the back of your credit card. This insures that only the person who physically has the credit card can make purchase (this vastly reduces the chance that someone else could make a purchase using your credit card).
Errors Matching Your Address
If you are trying to enter your credit card information you may get an error message that complains about part of your shipping address. The address that you use must match an address that your credit card company knows is yours. Try entering the credit card billing address in the "Bill To:" fields. In most cases, this will solve credit card submission problems.
For any other credit card submission errors, please email us at 
info@beadedimpressions.com! We can work around a lot of credit card problems from our end. To be sure that your order information is saved while we are working things out, please change your payment method to "PayPal" and submit your order. This saves all the order information and we can match up the credit card approval with the order later. Please do not send your actual card number and expiration date in an email! This is not safe.
When does Beaded Impressions Charge my Credit Card?
When you place your order, your credit card is not immediately charged. Your order generates only an authorization to charge (it checks your address and makes sure the credit limit on your card is not exceeded). Your card is only charged when we are ready to ship your order. We calculate any changes to your total (items out-of-stock, weight adjustments to your shipping price) and charge the correct amount to your card.

PayPal is an online payment method. You can use your credit card or transfer money out of your bank account. You have to do a short signup procedure to do this method. Many people who have online stores (like jewelry designers) find that PayPal is a great way to accept credit card payments without having a merchant account. Thus, designers who use PayPal to get paid find that they have online "cash" to spend [at online bead sites ;^) ]. PayPal is also a convenient method to send money to anyone who has an email address.

note of your order total, then send your PayPal payment to:
If you think that something might be out of stock or that your shipping amount may get adjusted (because of lots of heavy items or because of International shipping charges) send an email to orders@abeadstore.com and we will calculate your order total before you make your PayPal payment.

If something in your order is out of stock, refunds are made to you via PayPal.
Checks
We are very sorry, but we can no longer accept personal checks, due to an excessive number of bounced checks. We know that this penalizes honest people, but we have lost too much money from bad checks and the associated bank charges.
If payment by check is your only option, these are our suggestions:
- PayPal has an "echeck" clearing feature. Please see: paypal.com - you must login, then click on the "Add Funds" tab. There is a link that steps you through transferring a specific amount of money directly from your bank account to PayPal. You can direct the funds to our PayPal account, and as soon as the transaction clears, we send your order. PayPal takes care of notifing us and letting us know when the payment clears.
- Write your check to a friend/family member that will let you use their credit card for a purchase
- Buy a money order
Credit Card (via telephone)
We realize that there are people who still don't feel good about entering their credit card number into a form on the Internet. You may call us with your order and credit card number. The best thing to do is to place your order into the shopping cart so you will have the part numbers ready.

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order size.
Sales Tax
Sales within the State of Colorado are subject to state sales tax unless a copy of your valid Colorado sales tax license is on file with us.
There are no sales taxes for shipments to states outside of Colorado.
International Shipments
We ship many International shipments. We use USPS Global Priority mail or Global First Class Mail. For more details on shipping costs and sizes for the fixed rate envelopes that we use for Global Priority mail, please see the Shipping Information Page. All payments for International orders must be in U.S. dollars.
